Christine Peck, Psy.D., BCBA-D, LBA is a school psychologist, behavior analyst, and special education administrator who works with school districts to strengthen systems that support effective instruction, inclusive practices, and improved outcomes for students with disabilities. Her work focuses on helping district leadership teams improve service delivery, staffing structures, and professional learning to build sustainable systems of support for students and educators. Dr. Peck provides training and consultation on MTSS leadership, special education program development, strategic use of paraprofessionals, school climate, restorative practices, and autism assessment in public schools. She collaborates with districts to conduct special education program reviews and develop action plans to strengthen service delivery, staffing practices, and instructional supports. She partners with the Connecticut State Department of Education on training and capacity-building initiatives, facilitates a statewide community of practice for school psychologists in Connecticut, and co-facilitates a national autism special interest group. Dr. Peck is frequently invited to present at local, regional, and national conferences. She serves on the NASP Leadership Development Committee and was named School Psychologist of the Year by the Connecticut Association of School Psychologists in recognition of her leadership and contribution to the field.
