Dr. Allison Conch is the Assistant Director at the Oklahoma Special Education Resolution Center (SERC), the state's dispute resolution provider for special education in partnership with the Oklahoma State Department of Education-Special Education Services (OSDE-SES). Allison earned her bachelor's in Communication Disorders, her masters in Speech-Language Pathology, and her doctorate in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies. She has worked with people with disabilities in a variety of capacities and settings since 2004, most recently in the public school realm prior to joining SERC. Allison resides in Tulsa with her spouse, daughter, and three dogs.
