Joe Rohr, is a passionate advocate for students with disabilities and a leader committed to building school systems where every learner is supported and empowered. He holds a B.S. in Secondary Education from Oklahoma State University and an M.Ed. in Special Education from East Central University, and Joe is currently pursuing an Ed.S. in Disabilities in Society from the University of Florida. Joe has dedicated his entire career to championing students and families, strengthening special services, and advancing equitable practices across districts. His work blends instructional expertise, policy knowledge, and a deep belief in student‑centered decision‑making. Joe lives in Noble with his wife, Olive, their son, and their three daughters.
