Dr. Briana Bronstein is an Assistant Teaching Professor of Special Education at Widener University and a consultant with Sereni Law Group. She also serves as Program Director of the Community Engaged Teacher Education program. Her work focuses on preparing future educators while supporting school systems in implementing legally sound, inclusive, and evidence-based special education practices. Dr. Bronstein teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in special education, autism, behavior support, assessment, and collaboration, and supervises teacher candidates in field-based placements across local school districts. In addition to her work in higher education, she regularly provides professional development and training for school districts and educational organizations on topics such as special education compliance, inclusive practices, evidence-based interventions, and the emerging role of artificial intelligence in education. Her recent work has focused on supporting educators and administrators in understanding how AI tools can assist with planning, documentation, and instruction while maintaining ethical practices and legal compliance. Dr. Bronstein has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications and has presented nationally and internationally on topics related to special education practice, educator preparation, and emerging technologies in education. Through her consulting work with Sereni Law Group, she collaborates with school districts to provide guidance on complex special education matters, including evaluation practices, program development, and systems-level improvement.
