Shauntee’ Johnson is an instructional coach fueled by a deep passion for youth, a strong belief in the power of educators, and a commitment to supporting them as drivers of meaningful change in the classroom. She works alongside teachers to elevate instruction and ignite growth, knowing that student success is deeply connected to the well-being, confidence, and effectiveness of the teacher. As a lifelong learner and change agent, Shauntee’ continuously adapts and refines her craft, grounded in a clear understanding of what students and educators truly need to thrive. Through purposeful collaboration, she supports campus and district initiatives to ensure learning is impactful, equitable, and transformative.
