Rachel Langenhorst is Director of District Relationships for Stages Learning, where she partners with school and district leaders across the country to strengthen foundational skill systems for students with diverse learning needs. With more than 30 years of experience in education, Rachel brings a rare combination of classroom practice, district leadership, and instructional innovation to her work with educators. In addition to her work with Stages Learning, Rachel serves as a Senior Educational Specialist for Mayo Clinic and teaches graduate courses in education technology and leadership for Master of Education programs at several universities. Her work focuses on helping educators build practical systems that improve instruction, support teacher confidence, and expand opportunities for students who require additional support. Rachel is known for translating complex educational challenges into clear, actionable strategies that school teams can implement immediately. She is deeply passionate about harnessing the power of technology to make what once felt impossible in education not only possible, but practical for teachers and transformative for students. Her work centers on equipping educators with the tools, knowledge, and systems needed to ensure every student has the opportunity to succeed.
