Jennifer Greer is a consultant and technical assistance provider with the Collaboration for Effective Educator Development, Accountability, and Reform (CEEDAR) Center, where she supports education initiatives across multiple states. In this role, she collaborates with state and local education partners and educator preparation programs to strengthen systems that support the preparation and development of effective educators. She brings more than 30 years of experience in public education and has served in a variety of roles at both the public school and university levels. These experiences have provided her with a broad perspective on educator preparation, professional learning, mentoring, and the importance of collaboration across K–12 and higher education. She holds both a master’s degree and a specialist degree from the University of Florida. Her work centers on building collaborative partnerships that strengthen educator preparation and support improved outcomes for educators and students.
