Merran Arbic
Special Education Supervisor
Eastern Upper Peninsula ISD
With 18 years of experience in education, Merran Arbic has served as a general education teacher, special education teacher, Assistive Technology Supervisor, and currently as a Special Education Supervisor with the Eastern Upper Peninsula Intermediate School District (EUPISD). In this role, she leads regional system improvements, provides professional learning in specially designed instruction and assistive technology, and supports educators, administrators, students, and families across the Upper Peninsula. Merran Arbic also serves as the Region 1A representative on Michigan's Office of Special Education General Supervision Accountability Workgroup and is an active member of the Michigan Association of Administrators of Special Education (MAASE). Passionate about inclusive practices and continuous improvement, she is dedicated to advancing programs, services, and outcomes for students with disabilities while fostering strong partnerships among schools, families, and communities.
