Marta Scott, CSNT, is a Program Manager for First Serves™ at First Student and a special education professional with more than 30 years of experience. Her career has included serving as a director of special education, special education consultant, district MTSS program coordinator, lead teacher, and speech-language pathologist. Marta brings extensive expertise in instructional leadership, student programming, assistive technology, related services, secondary transition, and professional development. A strong advocate for students and families, she is passionate about advancing equity and inclusion and helping transportation professionals better understand and support the needs of every student. Marta holds a master’s degree in learning and behavior disabilities and is certified in special needs transportation through the National Association for Pupil Transportation.
