Stefanie Daberkow serves as the Pupil Services Director for Olentangy Schools, a large suburban district in central Ohio. A dedicated servant leader, Stefanie brings purpose, resilience, curiosity, and kindness to her work, fostering an inclusive culture grounded in excellence. Stefanie is highly skilled in strategic planning, public school policy, and cultivating strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders. Her leadership experience spans roles including Pupil Services Assistant Director and K–12 English Learner Program Supervisor, where she strengthened systems and supported staff across diverse educational settings. Stefanie began her career as a Speech-Language Pathologist after earning her MA in Speech-Language Pathology from The Ohio State University. She later completed her M.Ed. in Educational Administration from Ashland University, obtained her Ohio Superintendent’s License, and most recently completed the Special Education Leadership Institute (SELI) sponsored by CASE in 2025.
