Seidy Selivanow is a Mexican-born coffee professional and co-owner of Kafiex Roasters. With a bachelor's degree in the Culinary Arts, she helps lead one of the most dynamic specialty coffee companies in the country. Her work blends leadership, education, and innovation, always grounded in a deep respect for coffee's origin and community. Recognized as Roaster of the Year, Seidy has earned national acclaim not only for quality and consistency but also for her commitment to pushing the craft forward. As a National Barista Competitor and top 10 finalist at the United States Barista Championship, she represents excellence, creativity, and discipline on one of the industry's most competitive stages. Beyond competition, Seidy is a respected coffee educator at Coffee Fest, Level Up, and the Women Powered Coffee Summit. Through mentorship, public speaking, and hands on training, she empowers professionals to refine their skills, find their voice and build lasting impact within the specialty coffee community.
